CAESAR-SPIRATION: 

• Sprinkle on veggies, eggs, tofu, avocado toast, popcorn, or pasta.

• Add to a salad with lemon juice and olive oil for an instant salad dressing.

• Mix with plant-based yogurt or sour cream with a splash of lemon juice for a thicker sauce or dip.

• Make a Creamy Casear Dressing/Dip by adding 1 cup cashews, 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup Lemon Juice, 1/4 cup Caesar Spice Mix into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Store in a glass container for up to one month in the fridge.

STORAGE:

This Caesar Spice Mix will be shipped to you in the sealed paper bags shown in the pictures. Please transfer to a glass mason jar to help keep it fresh as there are no preservatives added. The label is designed to be pulled off the package and into the lid of the mason jar.

THE STORY BEHIND THE RECIPE:

When I was pregnant with my second son, all I craved was Caesar salad with EXTRA EXTRA lemon. When that same son was 10 months old, I moved us off grid onto a school bus on an amazing agro-forestry farm. We went from having all the normal amenities to basically none of them, including a fridge. Necessity is the mother of creation and I needed a salad dressing that didn't need a fridge. I took the dry ingredients from my favorite Caesar dressing recipe, added it straight to my salad with lemon juice and olive oil and I was obsessed! Hope you enjoy as much as I do!
